I’ve had an incredible experience working with Jesse over the past couple of years. My primary goal was to lose weight, and I’m thrilled to share that he helped me lose 18kg over a 15 month period, reducing my weight from 92kg to 74kg while maintaining most of my muscle and cutting fat.
During this period, I also completed two marathons. My first marathon in 2023 took me 5 hours and 33 minutes, but by 2024, with Jesse’s guidance, I improved my time to 3 hours and 58 minutes! I couldn’t have done it without his support.
